Winstar Choice. If you willingly choose to participate in the Winstar Choice Program and use the WIN-STAR technology, you may be asked to provide information such as your monthly income, and estimated down payment for the purpose of being prequalified for a mortgage, personal or business financing, or personal or business loan. How do we use your personal information?
We use the Personal & Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Personal & Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
- When in line with the preferences you shared with us, additional personal or financial related information you provide may be used by us (Winstar Builders) and its Affiliates for advertising relating to our products or services including financial products and services as legally permitted.

Free or Promotional Plans, Physical or Digital Delivered Gift Cards, Products, or Materials Conditions:
If Free or Promotional Plans, Physical or Digital Gift Cards, Products, or Materials are offered, by registering, downloading or receiving, you agree that Winstar Builders may share the contact and other personal details or information you provided with other affiliated or non-affiliated third parties, who may or may not use the information you provided to contact you by US Mail, Phone, Email, SMS/Text Message, or all other methods of communication such as by Digital Applications (Facebook, Whatsapp, ect.). Other affiliated or non-affiliated third parties may contact you about products or services that they believe you may be interested in.
By ordering Free or Promotional Plans, Products, or Materials and consenting to the mentioned above conditions, you consent to receive phone calls, sms/text messages, other communications to any wireless or residential number you provided via automated phone dialing systems and/or pre-recorded messages. Winstar Builders will always attempt to ensure any affiliated or non-affiliated third parties that receive your information when ordering Free or Promotional Plans, Products, or Materials are vetted for compliance to all US laws and regulations however this cannot be guaranteed. Some affiliated or non-affiliated third parties may be governed by foreign laws and regulations and/or may share information with companies governed by foreign laws and regulations may not comply with US laws and regulations.
Sharing you personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 years old.
Information Is Not Collected Online from Children Under 18. Winstar Builders does not willingly or knowingly collect any personal information online from children under the age of 18. However we cannot always determine the age of persons who access and use our Sites. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), we ask that you do not use the Website. If we learn that personal information has been collected on the Website from a minor without verifiable parental consent we will take the appropriate steps to remove and delete the information.
